To help you decide if Homotex is the right manufacturing partner for your business, we want to clearly explain our Flexible No-MOQ Custom Manufacturing Policy and how it differs from retail dropshipping (POD).
1. What “No MOQ” Means at Homotex
Traditional garment factories often require minimum order quantities of 300, 500, or even 1,000 pieces per style/color. For growing brands, this creates massive cash flow pressure and inventory risk.
At Homotex, we believe great apparel brands should be able to start lean, test markets safely, and scale at their own pace.
- Complete Customization: Whether you need 1 piece for a pre-production prototype, 30 pieces for a market test, or 1,000+ pieces for full production, we manufacture custom cut-and-sew garments built exactly to your specs.
- Full OEM/ODM Flexibility: We handle everything—custom techpack execution, precise fabric sourcing, CAD pattern drafting, specialized dyeing/printing/embroidery, custom care labels, and end-to-end quality control.
- Scalable Production: You get the same rigorous industrial manufacturing standard and professional artisan craftsmanship, regardless of order volume.
2. Why We Do NOT Offer Dropshipping / Print-on-Demand (POD)
While we offer complete flexibility on order quantities (starting from 1 piece), Homotex is a dedicated custom B2B garment manufacturer, not a consumer dropshipping center.
It’s important to clarify what we do not do:
- ❌ No Individual Customer Dropshipping: We do not pack single items and ship them directly to your end consumers/retail shoppers.
- ❌ No Print-On-Demand (POD) Store Integration: We do not integrate with Shopify/WooCommerce apps for automated end-user fulfillment.
- ❌ No Off-the-Shelf Wholesale Stock: We do not carry warehouse inventory of generic blank clothes for instant resale. Every order is custom-made to order.
