With nearly a decade of experience bridging the gap between local startups and global fashion giants, Ms. Wang brings unparalleled expertise to her role as Merchandising Manager. She is a dedicated, high-energy professional known for her kind-hearted nature and infectious personality, making complex production cycles feel seamless for our clients. Above all, she is a relentless problem-solver who takes personal responsibility for every project, consistently going the extra mile to ensure even the most ambitious client requests are brought to life with precision.
She have almost 20 years of experience. Back to 20 years ago, She is a worker in a state-owned garment factory, and her work is serious and responsible. After the state-owned factory was restructured, she opened a local tailor shop to customize clothes for customers. from small local brands to giant international brands. A very fun, kinda and responsible person to communicate with and will always try her best to achieve clients’ requests. I would say the factory can not operate without her.
Our Master Pattern Maker brings over 40 years of expertise to our factory, having dedicated his entire professional life to the mastery of garment construction. He has witnessed the industry’s evolution firsthand, transitioning from the traditional days of meticulous hand-drafting—where a single design took a full day to perfect—to mastering modern CAD software. This rare combination of old-world craftsmanship and digital efficiency allows him to translate a client’s most abstract imagination into a flawless physical garment with incredible speed and precision.
Our Quality Control Manager brings 10 years of military discipline to the Homotex production floor, ensuring every garment meets a “zero-defect” standard. Although she joined the apparel industry 3 years ago, her soldier’s habit of extreme meticulousness makes her a natural expert in precision. She personally oversees the inspection and customized packaging of every order, combining a hardworking, relentless spirit with a warm and professional personality that guarantees your brand’s excellence in every stitch.
